Common Questions
Will it slow down my website?
No. The widget loads asynchronously and only activates when a visitor interacts with it. Core Web Vitals are unaffected.
Can I customize the appearance completely?
Yes — colors, fonts, avatar, widget position, button text, and conversation starters are all configurable. Advanced plans allow full CSS customization.
What happens when the AI can't answer?
You define the fallback behavior: escalate to a human agent, show a contact form, or display a custom message. Escalations include the full conversation context so agents are immediately up to speed.
Is my data safe?
All conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We are built around GDPR requirements, with conversation data retained according to our data retention policy.
