Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ccaintegrations.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences at any time.

8. Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our contact and sign-up forms against spam, bots, and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA v3 operates entirely in the background — it does notpresent a visual challenge (such as "select all traffic lights") to the user. Instead, it continuously analyses user behaviour on the page to generate a risk score that indicates the likelihood that the visitor is human.

Data collected by Google reCAPTCHA. When reCAPTCHA runs on a page, it may collect and transmit the following information to Google:

  • IP address
  • Browser type, version, and language settings
  • Device information including screen resolution and operating system
  • Cookies set by Google, including session and preference cookies
  • Mouse movements, scroll behaviour, keystrokes, and time spent on the page
  • Referrer URL (the page you came from)
  • JavaScript execution environment, installed plugins, and browser objects

This data is transmitted to and processed by Google LLC. It may be transferred to servers located in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Purpose and restriction. We use reCAPTCHA solely for security purposes — specifically to protect our forms from automated spam and bot submissions. We do not use reCAPTCHA data for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or analytics.

Legal basis (GDPR).Our use of reCAPTCHA is based on our legitimate interest in protecting this website from automated abuse under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where a user submits a form after checking the consent checkbox, the processing is additionally based on the user's explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

By submitting any form on this website, you acknowledge that your form submission is subject to reCAPTCHA processing as described in this section.

For further information on how Google collects and uses data through reCAPTCHA, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms of Service.
